International Selection

  • Charlie Belin, director
    Charlie Belin is a filmmaker who graduated from La Poudrière. She’s the name behind several animated films with a sketched style, somewhere between fiction and documentary. Her latest film, Drôles d’oiseaux, sails the pathways of childhood through the eyes of a middle-school girl who’s passionate about ornithology.
  • Marc-Benoît Créancier, producer
    After being a dancer at the Paris Opera’s dance school, Marc-Benoît Créancier turned to film when he attended La Fémis in 2006. He founded Easy Tiger in 2011 and has produced approximately 20 shorts and a dozen features, two of which received the César Award for best first film: Divines by Houda Benyamina (2016) and Les Magnétiques by Vincent Maël Cardona (2022).
  • Fatima Kaci, director and screenwriter
    A graduate of La Fémis, Fatima Kaci is a screenwriter and filmmaker. She has written and directed several short films. She was selected for La Cinef at the Festival de Cannes with La Voix des autres. At the Poitiers Film Festival 2023, she won the Audience Prize and the Amnesty International France Prize with this same film and participated in the Jump In workshops with her first feature film project.
  • Fanny Molins, director
    Fanny Molins is a filmmaker who was born on October, 1988. Atlantic Bar, her first documentary feature film, tells the story of a bar threatened with closure, painting the portrait of the boss and her regulars. The film was selected for L’ACID Cannes 2022, won an award at the Champs-Élysées Film Festival, and was nominated for the César 2024 in the category of best documentary.
  • Guillaume Renusson, director
    After three short films, Guillaume Renusson released his first feature in January 2023, Les Survivants (with Denis Ménochet and Zar Amir Ebrahimi). He also directed season 2 of 3615 Monique (OCS) and is currently developing his second feature film.
