This year, the Festival is delving into monsters and the representation of monstrosity in contemporary film. Zombie, golem, werewolve, bearded ladie… What if, both in the present and the past, monsters aren’t necessarily the ones you’d expect? This thematic cycle is the perfect opportunity to play with the genre, but also to see how French film explores the question of deceiving appearances.
