Nowadays, in the Italian countryside, old hunters recall the legend of Luciano, a wandering drunkard who stood up to the tyranny of the province’s Prince. Forced into exile in the far-off Land of Fire, at the southern tip of Argentina, Luciano – surrounded by greedy gold prospectors – sets out in search of a mysterious buried treasure that may well be his only path to redemption.
