The French Union of Film Critics
The French Union of Film Critics is composed of 380 professional critics. It aims to legitimize the profession and share its expertise, strengthen solidarity among its members, and actively defend and promote critical freedom and artistic creation.

Collectif 50/50
Collectif 50/50 fights for equality and inclusion in television and film. The association develops concrete initiatives (such as an inclusive professional directory and mentoring programs), conducts quantitative studies, and proposes incentive measures to public authorities and industry stakeholders to accelerate change.

City of Cannes
From May 3 to 5, 2027, the third edition of the FIFEC (International Festival of Film School Productions), organized by the city of Cannes, will take place. The event will present programs of shorts scouted from the Poitiers Film Festival. The city of Cannes is tasking 5 film students with the selection process and the Creative Writing Prize. It is also accompanying the Jump In initiative by offering a residency to a young talent from the workshops.

Amnesty International France
Film has always contributed and played a role in illustrating and defending human rights. Through its award, the Amnesty International group in Poitiers aims to recognize a young filmmaker whose work invites us to open our eyes to the state of human, economic, social, cultural, and ecological rights throughout the world.

L’Agence du court métrage
Since 1983, “L’Agence du court métrage” has been a central actor in the distribution of short films. A place for scouting and discovering new talents and for laying the groundwork for new distribution markets, the Agency is dedicated to working alongside directors, production companies, and distributors.

Maison du Film
“Maison du Film” is an association open to all that aims to foster the initial professionalization of French film talents. Through its initiatives (Trio residency, Screenplay Experience…), its training programs, and its spotlight operations (the LABELS, L’autoprod’…), “Maison du Film” networks and accompanies individuals across all professional categories throughout the year.

Manifest
Manifest operates as a distributor (sales and festivals) with a catalogue of more than 550 films, representing over 70 production companies, and manages 60 to 70 films per year. In 2025, Manifest won the César for Best Fiction Short Film, the Oscar for Best Animated Short Film, and Unifrance’s Short Film Distributor Award.

Short Film Corner
Le SFC | Rendez-vous Industry is a Festival de Cannes initiative for filmmakers and professionals in the short film industry, as well as filmmakers developing their first feature film. The 4-day program features around 60 events, including talks and masterclasses, workshops, and networking opportunities.
